被列入黑名单的客户

This guy is Chinese with a heavy accent. He is from Toronto and claimed he lives in Ottawa. He called me to book an appointment. The address he gave me 1500 Walkley Road, Ottawa, ON, condo building and the room 408 . It was a bogus appointment, he did not pick up his phone when I was in the building. When I knocked on room 408 it is a White older man living there. In his text "are you in the lobby?" "sorry im not feeling that well". this is his cell phone 1-416-823-9170

Wants to pay in full by credit card before the booking (which I don't do in case they do a chargeback). I said no and he said he was fine with paying just a small deposit to secure the appointment. Provided an invoice for a small deposit. 24 hours later he still hasn't paid then abruptly says he doesn't want to see me anymore as he wants to pay the full amount on card and not cash (when he already agreed to paying the small deposit). Very odd behaviour and likely to scam if he pays in full on his card.

made appoitment for 18h40, at the hour told me he arrived, I look on the window and nobody. I ask him where he is and he said is down, to give him the code for the entrance. I never give codes, told him to wait cuz i come to pick him up, and never answered again. He only wants to know your door codes .. He said he is 37yo, french
